Magento introduces billing agreements to facilitate the verification process for your customers, who can use PayPal to use the features. On a checkout page, a billing agreement is available as a payment method. Once a customer has selected it, the system verifies the billing agreement for their number. Then the customer`s account is debited. For a payment method in support of the billing agreement, each time a customer placed an order with a billing contract, they must delegate to Magento 2 the reference identifier of the billing agreement and the payment details of the order to PayPal. In addition, relevant information, including reference data, is stored in a customer account. Then PayPal must approve the payment to create a new order to Magento. The payment system provides the customer and the shop with a payment reference identifier. That`s all!
